Tuition Fees; Renewal; Refund Policies.
Single-User Subscribers

• Access to Content for a specified period
• Student permitted access to each Module
• Tuition fees are non-refundable; except that Subscriber may cancel subscription in writing, with a fee equivalent to 3 months of their subscription or tuition fees, due immediately upon notice of their cancellation
• Discounts, rebates or other special offers only valid for initial term if available; subscriptions renew at the then-current full subscription rates
• Duane may terminate the subscription and these Terms if unable to renew the subscription based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information
• Right of Access to the Content MODULES granted under these Terms is effective only upon payment of the Tuition Fees

Multi-User Subscribers

• Unlimited Access to Content
• Annual subscription plan
• Tuition fees are non-refundable; except that Subscriber may cancel subscription in writing, with a fee equivalent to 3 months of their subscription or tuition fees, due immediately upon notice of their cancellation
• Discounts, rebates or other special offers only valid for initial term if available; subscriptions renew at the then-current full subscription rates
• Duane may terminate the subscription and these Terms if unable to renew the subscription based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information
• Duane may terminate the subscription and these Terms if unable to renew the subscription based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information (if Subscriber paid by credit card)
